Initial Consultation and How it all Works
The Initial Consultation is where it all begins. In this consultation we will cover a number of things from your current lifestyle and exercise routine to your eating habits, exercise preferences, fitness goals, motivations, barriers to success, exercise preferences and so on. From this Initial Consultation, we will discuss your ideal workout schedule and book you in for a Fitness Assesment if you are hapy to go ahead. The Fitness Assessment counts as a regular session and will take an hour, again covering a range of elements of your overall fitness. Some of these include your strength, endurance, range of motion and a postural assessment. Once these first two stages are complete, taking everything into account I will design an exercise program tailored to your needs and one that will GET YOU RESULTS, backed by science. And it's all uphill from there!
